Use Firebase Authentication + role-based access. Admin and moderator actions are enforced by Firebase roles/security rules, not only by hidden buttons on the screen.

Role check before creating event

Require moderator/admin approval before photos become visible. Uploaded photos will be marked pending until the event organizer, event moderator, or super admin approves them. Expire guest link password after 24 hours. Guests can only use the shared link/PIN within 24 hours from link generation.
